Your #GivingTuesday gift will help keep a child’s feet warm and dry this winter!

Every dollar gifted to us on #GivingTuesday 2017 will go to support Project Shoes. Project Shoes provides new, well-fitting, seasonally appropriate footwear to children throughout Cambria and Somerset Counties, as well as portions of Bedford and Indiana Counties. The end of the year is the busiest for Project Shoes as our partner schools and agencies are working hard to prepare their students for the harsh winter months we have in Western PA.

In 2018, Project Shoes will be celebrating 25 years of providing under-resourced children with this vital, but often overlooked need. Each year the schools and agencies we partner with help us to identify more and more children in need. Our goal is that we can fill each and every request made by our partner schools and agencies so that we never have to say “no” to helping a child who needs shoes. Please consider partnering with us as we continually reach toward this goal.

$40 will provide one child with a pair of warm, dry boots. If you like, we can match your $20 gift with another donor’s and together you’ll help one child get the boots they need this winter. Gifts of any amount will make a difference in the life of a child in our community.
